L.A. Zoo Great Apes iPad App
Did you know that we, (the human race) sit up in the Great Ape Family Tree, alongside our genetic cousins, the chimpanzees, gorillas, and Orangutans? The Great Apes, of which we are one, make for fascinating study.
Harvest Moon Studio partnered with the Los Angeles Zoo’s Education Department, to make an app that runs on an iPad, that docents could walk around with, (something with a strap so it could be attached to their wrists) to quickly get visitors acquainted with the Great Apes here at the zoo, along with those other apes, (the ones with the iPhones and the churros, strolling the pathways.)
